Brownova was born in a home kitchen in 2019, when founder Imtiaz was training for his first marathon and facing an impossible choice: eat the desserts he loved, or hit his nutrition goals. The protein bars on the market tasted like chalk. The healthy brownies tasted like despair.
So he started baking his own. After months of recipe testing — and nearly 200 failed batches — he finally cracked it. A brownie that was genuinely dense and fudgy, with 25 grams of real protein, under 200 calories, and no ingredients you needed a chemistry degree to pronounce.
